Cancellation Policy

At NLRF, we understand that sometimes plans change. We strive to offer a flexible and fair cancellation policy while ensuring that we can continue to support our local communities and charitable causes.

Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before the tour date:
    You will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (such as transaction fees or bookings that cannot be refunded by our service providers).
  • Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before the tour date:
    You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be donated to our partner NGOs and INGOs.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before the tour date:
    Unfortunately, no refund will be issued, but the full amount will be donated to our partner NGOs and INGOs, contributing to meaningful causes.

Important Notes

  • Any refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
  • Any cancellations or changes must be requested via email to info@nlrfnepal.com.

We encourage all our travelers to consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations or emergencies. We thank you for your understanding and support of our transparent and socially responsible mission.

Cancellation by NLRF

What happens to the remaining amount?

In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political instability, or health emergencies), you will have the following options:

  • Full Refund:
    You will receive a full refund of the tour cost.
  • Tour Rescheduling:
    We will work with you to reschedule the tour at a later date or offer a credit for future travel with us.
