Dhulikhel is the headquarters of Kavrepalanchowk Distict in Nepal. 16,263 people lived in 3,291 households in Nepal at the time of the 2011 statistics. Dhulikhel is traversed by two important highways: the Arniko Highway and the B.P. Highway. It’s an adorable town with plenty of attractions and scenic natural beauty. As of 2015, Nagarkot, a former Village Development Committee in the Bagmati Zone of Bhaktapur District, 32 km east of Kathmandu, Nepal, was a part of Nagarkot Municipality.

Many people go on trips to Nagarkot, where there are many attractions. Both locals and tourists spend their weekends there. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery as you go through Dhulikhel, Banepa, Bhaktapur, and Kathmandu at high altitudes.

Itinerary

Gather at Bhirkuti Mandap, Kathmandu. Ensure all participants have the necessary gear, water, and snacks for the hike.

Start the drive from Bhirkuti Mandap to Dhulikhel. The journey takes about an hour, offering scenic views of the countryside and small towns.

Begin your hike from Dhulikhel. The trail will take you through terraced fields, local villages, and forested areas with beautiful mountain views.
