We’ll meet in Kathmandu and drive to Panauti, which takes one hour and passes through scenic countryside roads.
We will start the hike from Panauti, passing through the town’s ancient temples and streets. The initial phase of the hike is relatively easier as most of the trail is flat.
Two hours into the hike, we will reach the forested section. From here, the trail becomes steeper and more challenging.
We take a brief break and catch our breaths.
After we’ve rested for a bit, we start our final ascent towards the summit of Nagi Danda. This is the most challenging part of the hike, with some steep ascents and difficult trails.
From the summit, you’ll be blessed with magnificent views of the surroundings and the distant Himalayan ranges. We take some time to rest and enjoy the scenery.
After exploring the Nagi Danda Summit, we head back towards Panauti.
After 2 hours of walking on the same trail we used to ascend, we finally reach Panauti. This marks the end of our day hike to Nagi Danda.
