About this activity

Panauti is a historically significant location in Nepal. It is another artistic town after Kathmandu since Bhupatindra Malla gave it to her sister, a minor state, as a dowry. Panauti is home to fewer than 10,000 people. It was once the center of the old Tibetan-Indian salt trade.
It is a fascinating and antiquated location in Nepal. In addition, it is the oldest settlement in Nepal, having existed since at least 15th century.
With routes going uphill, downhill, and through a field, it can be a very good hiking route. With so many beautiful buildings and sculptures, this town is essentially the oldest in Nepal.

You may stay healthy and take in the lovely view while learning about the area’s history and going on a hike.
