Now, Lalitpur is where this trek will take place. Its prehistoric architecture, temples, orderly streets, and opulent restaurants are its most well-known features, yet the most of it is in the southern region.
The majority of it is located in the countryside and forests as opposed to Kathmandu, giving us the chance to enjoy the great outdoors. Furthermore, we’ll be exploring a particular area of Lalitpur throughout this hike.
From Godawari, we will begin our hike. Over the next two hours, we will climb through the jungle. A different route to Phulchowki is Chaap Kharka, which is located at the base of Phulchowki Danda. 20 minutes of hiking in the nearby village will be spent by us.
It will take 1.5 hours to reach Lamatar after the path falls. This hike is fantastic for beginners and is kid-friendly.

Gather at Bhirkuti Mandap to start the journey. Ensure everyone is present and prepared for the day ahead.
Depart from Bhirkuti Mandap and enjoy a scenic drive to Godawari Botanical Garden, arriving at around 8:00 AM.
Begin the hike through beautiful forests and terraced fields, reaching Chapakharka for panoramic views of the valley. After enjoying the scenery, descend to Lamatar.
After completing the hike, board the vehicle for the return trip to Bhirkuti Mandap, concluding the day’s adventure.
